Tevin embraces a core principle of our mission: Well-run properties mean happy tenants, and happy tenants mean successful owners. Building positive tenant relationships and attending to everyday property needs is where it all begins.
Growing Relationships
Outside of work, Tevin is a devoted father who enjoys spending time with his daughter, reading, staying active, and staying close to friends and family. Together, they maintain a small garden, which reflects in his approach toward property management: both require care, patience, and consistent attention to help things grow and thrive.
