Prospective Buyer Identification: Pursuant to (Real Property Law §442-H), RWPS does not require prospective buyers to present identification before entering a property or making an offer to purchase or lease; however, RWPS does not make any warranties about the actions of 3rd parties, such as landlords or property managers, security personnel, or others, who may require proof of identification prior to entering a property or request same when considering such offers.
Buyer Representation: RWPS encourages but does not obligate prospective buyers to sign exclusive buyer/lessee representation agreements in order to work with Us, however; prospective buyers/lessees and RWPS may mutually agree to enter into such an agreement.
Mortgage Pre-Approval: RWPS does not require prospective buyers to provide proof of a mortgage pre-approval or “Proof of Funds” to work with Us; however, RWPS does not make any warranties about the actions of 3rd parties which may demand same prior to scheduling a showing or considering an offer from any prospective buyers.
